Web based color scheme ripper?
Anyone know of a web based tool that I can plug URL into and it will tell me the color scheme in hex codes for that page?

just do a screenshot, open it in photoshop and there is an eyedropper tool (shortcut i) which will show you color code in info pannel.

That eyedropper will actually work if you click outside of Photoshop too so that you don't have to take screenshot. Not what I'm looking for.

If you use Firefox, install ColorZilla. It won't give me the site's entire color scheme but it will give me the hex code of any color on the page.. It installs right in your browser toolbar. It's been very handy for me.

Open the color picker and place the mouse inside the pallet. Click and hold and drag outside of Photoshop.

No software is smart enough to tell you the color scheme automatically.
I've been using Anry Color Picker for like 10 years. It will also provide matching colors to the one you select if you have problems coming up with your own color schemes. http://annystudio.com/software/colorpicker/ |
