If topless is ok go with Sex Tracker Money tree for streamates. They don't allow full nudity in front of 'guests'. Unfortunately I can't post the link cuz I am under 30 posts.

I might suggest checking out iFriends.net to see if it's got the level of non-nude before sign-up you're after.
