Honestly, How Much Is A Domain Worth With 112 x PR4-PR3-PR2-PR1 Inner-Pages ?

I have a parked domain, which has nearly 2,000 indexed pages in Google and out of them 112 pages are PR4, PR3, PR2 & PR1.

1 x PR4
1 x PR3
50 x PR2
50 x PR1

The domain is not making any money right now.

But as the high PR inner-pages go, the domain has a very high SEO potential.

How much do you think this domain is worth ?

colour me stupid, but how does a parked domain have internal pages? I've never parked a domain, so forgive my ignorance if the answer is painfully obvious.

Maybe $30 to $50 to the right buyer. The key phrase is "The domain is not making any money right now"

Actually I had bought the domain from an auction and later I checked at Google that it has nearly 2,000 indexed pages and out of the 2,000, 112 are PR4-PR3-PR2-PR1.

The domain can make a lot of money if backlinks are sold on these high PR pages or the buyer can get his own article-marketing SEO done on this domain to get huge SEO benefits for the buyer. Isn't this a factor to increase the price tag of the domain ?

Buying backlinks is not a good strategy. So no.

It really depends on what the name is.

hotgirl.com is really better than sfdsfsdeewrrwert3345d.com.

Backlinks have no value on a shitty domain name except for residual traffic if it is decent.

I am also wondering this. Rarely have parked domains laying around, but they always seem to link directly out to ads - not sure how they'd be 2000 pages deep, with over 100 having PR ranking and in some cases decent PR.

I loled at "checked at google".If domain is now parked and it had 2000 indexed pages, they will be soon,if not already deindexed unless you asap recreate them.A second thing,it is also question what kind of backlinks is -in most cases expired domains with high number of backlinks are blackhat generated, meaning someone used xrummer or any other software to bombard blogs/etc with spam comments and such backlinks cannot be considered as much value. If you make a site, and after few month it stays same page rank, then you can get proper valuation, since right now while is parked cannot be properly appraised.

Well imagine you have a site with indexed pages, the you park the domain. Those indexed pages stay on search engine rankings for a while. So maybe this is the case. However I am not sure how long will serps keep all those non existent pages..

Well if these pages do not exist there is no use from them. Other than to quickly recreate them and try to rip off someone by selling hardlinks or something like that
Or recreate them and enjoy traffic to them, if they rank for any half decent keywords, which I doubt.

Google hasn't been updating PR toolbar queries on a quarterly basis in the recent past. The last update took over a year. It's quite possible that Google has already changed the values of all those pages to PR0 internally, but not updated the public PR toolbar values.

I'd say it's worth about $700-$1000

Is it for sale?

PR is one thing, we are talking about google deindexing those non existent pages pretty soon.... So there won't be any pages, PR4 or PR0 for that matter...

Yep this is why when evaluating domain quality it is always needed to check backlinks,pr means shit and it can be easily faked.
