Hmmmmmm I read this story and this 1 sentence sticks out like a festering open wound:

Reuters could not verify the authenticity of the recording.

So in effect the story only confirms that the leak was not well received by the government.

It does not confirm the recording is authentic.

Sounds like you are peddling more propaganda.
