The legal age of consent is 18 years-of-age (21 in some places?) under these circumstances.

I found out not too long ago that a friend of mine got a handjob from the hot teacher in our high school. This was way back in the late 80's. I was following someone on twitter for awhile and vice versa... one day there were some pretty outlandish comments being thrown at her. So after a couple of google searches it turns out when she was 24 she was banging some 16 year old at a school she was teaching at and became a registered sex offender.
