does anybody use them as merchant / bank?

We've used them... I don't like thier api, and there support is very slow sometimes. That being said - it works...

Moneybookers uses them,and i have moneybookers card and it work fine.So i'l suppose it works as merchant too.

Yes,but i using them only as personal user,not as merchant.I used their card only once,first time for some reason it didn't worked,so i went to other ATM and that one worked.Also,i wish if there would be EUR ATM's in countries where there is no EUR as currency,then it wont be exchange fee.

Hi -Wirecard is a decent bank and we setup merchant accounts there. You need much more the just the merchant account to be successful. Stick with our sales team and if you want a Wirecard account to go along with your NeTbilling account, we are happy to set that up for you as well.
