What is a good Android emulator ?
I have a tablette with windows 8.1 and I want to access Ebay mobile features.
But they only work for Android devices. I have been told that I can use a program called an Android Emulator. So is there a good reliable emulator that I can use because I do not want to have to purchase a google tablette just for Ebay.

just buy a cheap android devise.
I got one with 4gb for under £40 (about $70). Its got wifi. I bet that would be easer.
