Use embed TUBE Video and getting paid for it

for a webmaster I need to find a good embed tube movie service. he can place embed code on a high quality blog and he will get paid for the views it generate. If possible, not generating popups....Blog is surfer friendly

Uh...there are a number of Tubes that have done this. Not sure who still are, but this does happen.
