Tested dozens of hosters by our US visitors
The winner is InstantDedicated.com, position #2 in the list
100 MB test file

Those are some recent tests. Using it for the last 3 months since the test, everything runs smoothly.

1. 15 seconds
2. 2 seconds (I ran this test three times with the same result, although I still don't believe it)
3. 11 minutes, 31 seconds
4. 9 minutes, 42 seconds
5. 14 minutes, 26 seconds
6. 8 minutes, 29 seconds
7. 12 minutes, 58 seconds
8. 4 minutes, 19 seconds
9. 40 seconds

1. 45 seconds
2. 1 second or less (impossible to measure - I clicked and it was "done" without an MD5 to checksum the file against, I'll wager it's valid . . . it was the exact same number of bytes each time)
3. 53 seconds
4. 2min 45sec
5. 22 seconds
6. i gave up after 15 min (never saw download faster than 118 KB/s)
7. 38 seconds
8. 16 seconds
9. 1 min 18 sec

From VA using 25 FIOS

1. 11 sec
2. 1 sec or less
3. 16 sec
4. 30 mins
5. 25 sec
6. 30 mins
7. 2 min
8. 40 sec
9. about 40 sec. It didn't have a timer on my download.

From Virginia on Cable Internet 50 mbps

1. 15 seconds
2. 2 seconds
3. 20 seconds
4. 2:46
5. 50 seconds
6. Gave up, it was ridiculously slow
7. 40 seconds
8. 40 seconds
9. 30 seconds
