I won't be shocked if we get a few cases here and there. The ease of international travel means that eventually someone with it is likely going to get on a plane. However, Ebola isn't very easy to transmit. The reason it mostly stays in shithole 3rd world countries is because they have generally low sanitation and their medical practices are not that great at isolating and keeping things clean.

Here we would likely be able to contain it and shut it down before very many people ended up with it.

They had a guy fly into Lagos, Nigeria with it - A city of 20 million...

I am not sure if they tracked the other passengers or not - They could have been in transit to just about anywhere in the world.....

Very soon, and considering 1000's of Africans flew into Glasgow last week.. I'd be a bit concerned.

Symptoms start two days to three weeks after contracting the virus.
three weeks.. you can travel along way in 3 weeks.

Even without plane travel. Just one infected person on a boat like this.

Two to three weeks? that is scary! As much as I love travelling, with all these diseases and planes disappearing and being shot down, I think i'm going to turn into a hermit and lock myself in the house lol
