AIDS did a pretty good job at wiping out homosexuals and IV drug users for a short time. Then a straight famous person contracted the shit on accident and a cure had to be released. I remember when HIV/AIDS was a full blown death sentence. Then Magic Johnson contracted HIV and all of a sudden there's a cure. He's still alive and kicking and probably healthier than most of us here. They already have a vaccine and treatment for Ebola. I'm not sure how they can declare martial law due to a virus that can be treated. That's like declaring martial law over a shingles outbreak.
