Is Asana the best?

I have a friend singing the praises of Asana daily. I have 7-10 people to manage at any given time. Can Asana help properly with that sized group? Is there something better that you may recommend? I don't mind spending money if it means a kick ass solution.

Thoughts? Comments? Hate mail?

Asana is very basic, but ok for non tech side..
If you are trying to use it to manage a technical project with programmers, have a look at assembla.com....

We tried Asana and it didn't totally work for us. Using Trello now but in a more limited way.
