Business development positions open: LA & London
Are you resourceful? Take initiative to get the job done? We have two positions open for Business Development, one in LA/Vegas area (may consider other areas of the country) and one in London.
If you are interested, please submit your resume, which is confidential, to [email protected]. The job is to increase revenues in any way whatsoever. · finding new affiliates · recruiting new cam girls · increasing user base · coming up with marketing/ promotional ideas and delivering on them ? traditional or more contemporary, gorilla-style, · finding new business partners ? for example, maybe speaking to traditional bricks and mortar strip clubs, in some form of partnership, as a source of new cam girls and users · speaking to traditional adult business ? VOD, membership sites, adult dating, strip clubs, magazines ? with a view to us doing white labels for them · monitoring competitor activity and industry developments to ensure we stay ahead of the game Requirements: · knows the adult industry really well, including cams ? · has an established network of contacts in the adult world · is highly regarded within that network · is dynamic, pro active, and can use their initiative · will be happy to work largely on their own, without direct daily supervision (although management would always be closely available via email, Skype, messenger, etc ? with planned face to face meetings with management on an agreed schedule), and willing to be flexible to work the schedule that is necessary for new business meetings and event attendance · has a proven record of successful deal completion and revenue generation in a previous business development role (although for an exceptional candidate in all other respects we would consider someone without prior business development experience) · wants to be rewarded for tangible results · can deal with the administrative aspects of the role ? for example, maintaining contact logs, writing (and delivering on) contact plans, progress reporting Compensation-depends of experience |
