When I had magic mushrooms in amsterdam they offered dried in a capusle or cooked into sweet foods and they even had chocolate bars with mushrooms inside.

I took a small dose first and it was like eating a large dose of cannabis. A larger dose was very relaxing but no hallucinations. I wouldn't take it if you have shit to do that day.

make a tea from it. it will put out all the shit that makes you vomit or feel bad, take most of the important stuff from it, and if you put honey into it, it can make the tea very drinkable

I recommend making a tincture, using at least an 80 proof alcohol. Very palatable and can be measured into dosages more easily. Tequila works surprisingly well.
