Typical Porn Production Company Structure
What's the typical structure? Shooter, webmaster, graphics, programmer, media buyer/affiliate rep?
Someone posted great info on this a while ago, I think it was a shooter. I can't find it. If you were a one man show and expanding, what position would be the first you'd fill and why? |

If you are a one man show and are expanding, the first thing you need is an affiliate manager. Let them handle your affilaites while you are shooting or recruiting or what not. A good affilaite manager can not only handle your affiliates, but also do customer support, HTML, updates, and if they cannot design they can manage someone that can.
