[Google Analytics] How to see location?
I would like to buy some traffic from DomainName.com, lets say 10k. After that, I would like to see which countries were these people coming from. How would I see this in Google Analtics stats (geo location stats of all people coming rom DomainName.com)?
Thanks. |

Select a secondary dimension when viewing stats from domainname.com.

I was looking there, but I did not see it. It is Users / Country - Territory.
Thanks. |

if you are buying traffic from URL1.com and trying to get a general idea of the traffic (I say general because GA is only sampled data based stats not 100% true stats)
Why not setup this way setup GA on Yoururl1.com redirect yoururl1.com to yoururl2.com If you are only sending new traffic so to yoururl1.com you can now see just the details.. Else you could setup a secondary GA code on Yoururl.com/campaign1 redirect that to the desired final landing page Added benefit is you could also use the redirect for more than just tracking stats example: desktop/web targeting, geo targeting, language targeting etc.. |
