I've been running dick.net (previously RateARod.com) for 12 years now by myself, and I'm totally burnt out. I'm looking for a strategic company to take over controlling interest and allow me to be the creative visionary that I am without having to do all the coding, support, marketing, etc. The site has a ton of potential which it has never reached due to the fact that I have been doing all the coding, support, marketing, etc by myself. And I'm a very slow coder.

Dick.net - Social Networking For Your Penis has about 90,000 members and gets about 10,000 uniques a day. It's mostly gay but there are straight guys and women as well. It's supported by advertising and it's VIP (Very Important Penis) subscription membership. I envision it someday being THE place to discuss and get feedback on penises. I feel the feedback/data elements of the site are it's real niche and should be expanded and better monetized, and I've got some great ideas on how to do it.
