Verizon phone insurance question
Kid's iPhone was stolen a few weeks ago, and we went through the insurance to get her a brand new shiny phone. We had to pay the $160 deductible. New phone comes in, works great, everyone is happy.
A week later the original phone magically reappears. I'm thinking I'll just call the insurance company, get a refund, and send one of the phones back to them. They say we are past our seven day refund date, and that I must return the phone back to them? HUH? I paid $160 for... what? To borrow a phone for a week? I'll gladly return one of the phones, but I want my deductible back. If not, I'll keep the old phone. Am I wrong?
