Today's word is "insensitive"

MSN. They keep bringing me the laughs... Is insensitive the new code word for racist?

We'll be honest: "former crack dealer" is not the first descriptor we think of when coming up with a way to describe Jay Z.

Earlier today, Fox News tweeted a link to their story about the 45-year-old rapper's police policy meeting with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo this week. In their tweet, they wrote, "Andrew Cuomo Meets With Former Crack Dealer Jay-Z to Discuss Police Policy."

Yikes! We have a feeling the "99 Problems" crooner may not be so happy about Fox's not-so-sensitive choice of words for him.

And if their tweet wasn't enough, they really drove the point home with their lead sentence: "When you need advice on a subject, you go to an expert." Yes, Fox News is so uncool they refer to Jay Z as a crack expert.

Fox goes on to write, "The rapper built his musical career on songs about his past criminal exploits slinging crack in Brooklyn's Marcy housing project. One online report lists 187 references to crack or cocaine on his 12 solo albums, including last year's chart-topping Magna Carta Holy Grail."

But they didn't end there. "In addition to his rap boasts about drug dealing, his criminal justice experience includes being charged with stabbing people and bashing them on their heads with bottles at his favorite city nightclubs," Fox continued.

They ended their article with a perfectly insensitive quote from GOP state spokesperson David Laska. "Given Jay Z's history with the law, he's as serious a source on police policy as Vladimir Putin is on freedom of speech,'' he said.

To make Jay Z feel better, we'd like to offer a few other terms that come to mind when thinking of him:

• Beyoncé's husband
• 19-time Grammy winner
• Blue Ivy's dad
• One half of a billion dollars on an elevator
• Solange's punching bag
• Seller of 75 million records
• Roc Nation founder
• Prince William and Kate Middleton's new BFF
