Use Fiverr but make sure they don't unjoin very quickly. Some sellers set their bots to unjoin very quickly. Makes it hard to SIPHON OFF REAL TRAFFIC from your target sources if your supposed 'followers' crash over night.

Either promote on twitter or need to RT follow big accounts with your photos or other tweets then they retweet yours too.

I know that it is, in general, not good to buy things like Facebook likes and Twitter followers. I want to do this though. I've seen several websites, and the top ones in Google look more like low quality sites / spam. Prices are different too. Some places offer, lets say 10k followers for, lets say $15 (or even $10), and the other ones for $30 or $35. It is probably not good to buy it from the cheap places, but I am not sure how much should I really pay too. There must be bots, and other ways to do it, so I would need to know what I am buying too. I dont have too much time to look into it right now. I just want to buy around 2k, could be more too.
