News 13-year-old son of slain NYPD officer mourns father on Facebook

In a pair of a heart-wrenching Facebook posts, the son of one of the two NYPD officers killed in Saturday's apparent ambush paid tribute to his slain father.

"This is the worst day of my life," Jaden Ramos, the 13-year-old son of Rafael Ramos, wrote.

"Today I had to say bye to my father," Jaden continued. "He was their [sic] for me everyday of my life, he was the best father I could ask for. It's horrible that someone gets shot dead just for being a police officer. Everyone says they hate cops but they are the people that they call for help. I will always love you and I will never forget you. RIP Dad."

The fat man was choked while resisting arrest - but it's convenient to overlook and forget that fact because it doesn't fit the agenda. He set the events in motion that left his kids fatherless.

No, I don't believe that cops should get to choke people to death for free. But this is one incident out of many and it is being played to death because it was a black guy "killed" by a white cop. I say "killed" because the official cause of death was cardiac arrest not asphyxiation by means of choking. The point is lots of white people get killed by cops too. Where are the riots for them?

And like others have said if he hadn't resisted arrest he would most likely still be alive to have his day in court and plead his case there.
