ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) -- New York Jets linebacker Jermaine Cunningham has been charged with sharing explicit photos of a female friend.

The Union County prosecutor's office said Tuesday that Cunningham was arrested Dec. 29 at a residence in Summit. The 26-year-old is charged with criminal mischief, invasion of privacy and unlawful weapons transport.

Prosecutors allege Cunningham violated a law that forbids disclosing photos or videos without the consent of someone ''whose intimate parts are exposed'' or who is engaged in a sexual act. They said the woman and Cunningham lived together. It wasn't immediately known how or where the images were shared.

The criminal mischief and invasion of privacy charges are third-degree offenses that can be punished by prison sentences of up to five years upon conviction.

A prosecutor's spokesman said a loaded handgun was found in Cunningham's Audi.

So let me get this straight...first off, the cops are arresting him at somebody else's house for showing his buddies some pics of him fucking his girlfriend.
Okay, sounds stupid and like the govt. is out of control again.

What does having some pics of a girl and searching his car have to do with each other? NOTHING.

Fucking cops are ALWAYS playing "GOTCHA" and fishing for any goddamn thing they can find.

I hope that one day soon our country will finally wake up and realize a couple of things:
1. There are too MANY laws.
2. The authorities are not trying to "serve and protect"...they have just been running roughshod over people for decades and trying to be "Barney Fife" and arrest everyone that they can for everything that these laws give them the authority to do.
