24 GB of ram is really not that much...
Not sure what you are planning on doing with the 16TB of storage but Ram is cheap I'd double that number...

Also when you say 16TB .. You may want to say what Raid setup you are looking for...
It is possible you will need a slave (just a bunch of disks) for storage etc..

I don't know about 16TB but they have 24 gig ram servers at WebHost.pro - Fast and Reliable Professional Web Hosting prob would have to custom make something with that much space.
