Really depends on your traffic source, marketing materials, ability to remarket and ability to do targeting/retargeting...

Make the most money with the one that returns the highest eCPM from a given traffic niche.

Each traffic niche, ad type, GEO etc.. all have different programs that do well.
If doing dating and or cams..
Get a few white labels
Make your own lander pages
Use their API to host and post user details to your white labels..
