This is posted on their site from 2011. I don't remember reading it when I registered, nor when ever I logged in to check my stats:

I got the last of my money without any issue whatsoever in the last few months of last year. all I had to do was say that I wanted to close my account with them and please send me my cash, no issues at all. I hope it'll be the same for everyone else.
