Chat Traffic converts best for cams. I'm going 1:5 for my dating leads to cam.. No spam and no misleading is the way to go to get a yearly member. I'd stick with revshare or work with a cam site with a PPS higher than 60$.

Some programs (maybe most) really don't like this "marketing" tactic. I would check with them first if they allow it.
