Does anyone do adult Android apps and has people download them directly from his website?

I know Mikandi but does anyone have people download custom Android apps directly from his own website?

THX!

What kind of install rate do you get when users find out they have to change their device security settings to install the app?

You have them download directly from the website, where they have to change their security settings, rather than sending them to Google's app store where it's one click?

Depends on traffic, up to 60%! Users know, that they can't download adult applications from Google Play, so they don't have problem to download adult game from another site.

We have two apps that are direct download from our LPs. The security changes are a pain, but we still do very well, installing 1:180 from unique visitors.

Upload your app to android app listing directories so you don't have to worry about doing anything against the Plays stores rules.

That doesn't mean that Google Play is the only place to download or get apps from.

That's just the first one I grabbed. There are TONS of them. I ran one for a while, even had the ability to let people buy and sell apps.

Google removed all of the adult apps sometime last year.

Is that an adult app? That's one of the ones my employee's husband did for her.

Gotta find the other one.

Looks like it's still in the store?

Yes. For one reason the app is in Chinese for Chinese people. They cant access the play store. China has tons of app stores. It is also there so they can get it from us or another app store.

Must have been missed by Google. Maybe because the number of downloads is very low. But if it were to get even a little popular, they would notice it and remove it.

May be it;s ok, because there are no nude parts in it. So it's not adult

I had a GFY app at one point and it was removed because it displayed adult content.
