Internet providers begin blocking all access to Pirate proxy sites

Internet providers begin blocking all access to Pirate proxy sites

Since the new regulations were posted there seems to be a lot of chatter about "illegal content" being the only substantial data control the service providers have now. I'm reading this on a lot of other boards as well.

It seems like it's taking a while for our industry to react publicly. Has anyone heard anything from Xbiz, AVN or other industry leader regarding this yet?

Sales to VPN services like VYPR VPN will go up. For <$10/mo. people can use the ISP's bandwidth, without the ISP being able to sniff the traffic going through the secure tunnel.

Netflix works just fine on these VPNs.

or maybe the ISPs/govt will stop allowing VPNs. under the guise of counter-terrorism, of course.
