It doesn't seem to have a templating system, most likely it's custom.
From what i see, it's just categories and thumb display and links to sponsor? That it? I can custom code it for you if you interested in that.

You could do something similar with our tgp script - https://www.mechbunny.com/tgp-script.php click the "BigSam" template demo on the right. It's not identical but similar.
