The nature of the blasts was not immediately clear and there were no immediate claims of responsibility.

So... the Police who are "friendly" to the Buddhists...have been high alert, but not high enough apparently??? Until the NTJ claims responsibility, I'll wait to point blame.

As far as not knowing, it's getting way too easy to reverse read the media reports.
