Im looking for a streaming content provider who offer a flat fee payment plan. Like payment per user. Does anyone know of something like that?

Thats exactly what I'm looking for. Only I need a service that charges a flat rate fee for like 100 member logins a day. Not one that charges by the megabyte downloaded.

I don't think you are going to find one. Too many members abuse the download limits. Anyway a bump might find someone with fresh info.
