Do you know computers?

Can you guys help me pick out the best of the best.
I wanna know the best processor, RAM/memory and all that.
I do lots of encoding and use programs like that.
Below are some stuff I was told here good.

Processor Type: i7-5960X
Processor Speed: 3.0GHz Turbo 3.5GHz
RAM: Ripjaws 4 series 64GB DDR4 SDRAM

SAS is better than SSD but

This is old but they may have a current model for sale
