Why do you need proxies? Maybe a stupid question, but would Twitter penalize you/ban you if they found you had multiple accounts for affiliate marketing?

Grab a copy of Roboscripts unlimited. You can place banners, footer links, meta descriptions, blog on a sub domain push traffic to main sites or a network of white labels, auto tweet to twitter etc. etc.

They will penalize, ghost or ban your account.

I would stick with maximum 2 accounts on 1 proxy. It comes down to testing the proxy quality.

Usually 4G proxies can be of good quality.

I wonder what most Cam sponsors terms are regarding marketing via Twitter?

Also I'd imagine one would probably get Twitter & other platform accounts suspended or terminated fairly regularly doing adult marketing on them?
