Hey there! The ticket system had been doing ok as far as I know. You emailed support at adultcentro.com, right? Did you check your spam for the reply to your ticket? You also should have gotten an autoreply with the ticket number, message it to me please so I'll check why you never heard back.

I didn't email support. I put in a ticket yesterday from inside the publisher's area with Critical checkbox, and no one answered it yet.
