I wouldn't go to the trouble of making a thread about something like this if several different people hadn't approached me about it. This is not a person sending out emails and making them appear as if they were coming from your email address.

This is a person who is both writing people via the Skype name zuzana.designs from this board in design threads like https://gfy.com/sell-and-buy-forum/11...e-website.html or pretending to be us if someone searches our name and mistakenly adds them instead of our Skype zuzanadesigns (without the . in between the words). It was in the latter example that the payment address of [email protected] was given to send Paypal to. It was within this same conversation that when questioned why there was more than one Skype account, this "person" said they had issues with one and the other was just for support (while we have only ONE account that we use).

If this isn't you, then the point of warning the public that this is happening is still just as important so no one is sending payments to a company thinking they will be receiving a product from us in return and your email address is still part of the information being used by this person whether you say it's you or not.

It does seem quite odd that someone would be trying to accept payments to a Paypal account with your email address

the only thing i could think of is that person doing it to tarnish my reputation , he will not get this money i own this address . how he can recieve the money if someone sent payement ? not possible

- What would any of our trusted clients gain by making up a story? BTW, in that Skype conversation this client came to us before ever asking for payment information because they were suspicious and wanted to make sure they were talking to us. It was US that asked them to pretend they were going to pay and ask for a payment address so we could track this person down once it was given....and it was your email that was given at that point

Did anyone send money via PayPal to your account that does not belong to you? If someone else is using your PayPal address as part of a scam, it's easy for you to check if any money was sent to you incorrectly, and to refund any money they stole back to the people who paid it by error. Just look at your PayPal balance and let us know.
