On a linux and I believe a osx machine the FLV files are stored in the /tmp directory when viewing flash videos..

it is very easy. Open the add-ons in firefox and type in the search bar youtube. It will give you more optional programs for downloading a videos from youtube.

Youtube encourages webmasters to embed Youtube videos on their sites. Simply copy the embed code from Youtube for the video you want to embed on your site.
