They are fixed!
I distinctly remember a documented fix that took place in the Connecticut or Pennsylvania lottery years ago. It was the daily number; they injected water in all of the balls except for numbers 4 and 6. Back then the bookmakers were also using the lotto numbers but they refused to pay because of the unusual activity on those numbers. They called the lotto commission and told tell them your lotto numbers are fixed. They investigated the claim and uncovered what they were doing. I may be wrong about the sate because it was so long ago. It was all over news. |
