Yes, I was referring to US citizens who might be more interested in hauling Kim Kardashians fat ass out of a whole than a trapped elephant given the choice.

Oh and the billions of dollars in foreign aid...are you including the billions spend on dropping bombs on foreign civilians as well because if not then the figure is much much higher.
