I love Florida - Gun Range Gets Liquor License
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Daytona Beach city commissioners have given approval to an indoor shooting range that will include a restaurant that sells alcoholic beverages.
Commissioners raised safety concerns over the mix of alcohol and guns on the same property before voting on the measure on Wednesday night. Ron Perkinson told commissioner the group plans to turn the vacant building into an upscale restaurant, not a bar. But he says he needs alcohol sales to make the restaurant profitable. He told commissioners he'll keep a watch list of customers who may cause trouble and will call police when necessary. "If they're renting a handgun, or if they were bringing their own, they would do the paperwork, scan their ID," Perkinson told CBS affiliate WKMG in June. "(Workers) will be trained to visually look at the person, look at their eyes (and) look at their pupils, just like an officer would." There's a Taco Bell by me with an armed guard there 24/7, but this guy will be fine by just "keeping a watch list of customers who may cause trouble and will call police when necessary."....

I remember on Tenerife, we were driving home in the early hours from a club and the driver said we should stop for a drink - In the fucking petrol station bar...

Oak Tree shooting club near where I work has had a liquor license for years. I use to trap shoot there. Then have a few beers

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |
