So basically you won't comply... check what the potential punishment is for this if you get caught as it may change you mind

If I were you I would either drop the project or opt for being a resident in another EU country then open and run the company from there

true that ^^ there loads of super micro tubes in the country targeting only local visitors with visible whois info! However in that case it makes it even more stupid, the kind of punishment that you can get for spare change...

My own comments might've come out a bit harsh but the person might not be even aware of the regulations, if that's the case he needs to check on that
