How do you achieve this video effect? Is there an App?
I see this in a lot of videos and I was curious how they do it. Is there an app or something that does this? Where it looks like they stopped the camera and restarted it. It just cuts real quick while she's talking.
P.S. I have no fucking idea what this video clip is about, I seriously just searched Youtube until I found a video that displayed what I was talking about. |

one static camera continuously shooting while she talks shit, then you cut the parts you want and put them next to each other.
Any basic editing software can do this.

Yeah, shoot in one go, load into editing software. WATCH THE AUDIO LINE AS A GUIDE - Cut out the spaces where theres no audio. Simples
You are right about dumb people making them. They are simply cutting out the pauses and the errms and ahhss to make themselves seem smarter |
