We have oil pipelines that cross our country. Not sure why one more pipeline is such a big issue.

He stopped XL so that his donor, Warren Buffet, can ship oil by rail, increasing his fortune. It will still be the same amount of oil, so there's no environmental improvement here, contrary to popular belief. In fact, transportation by rail is riskier to the environment. Follow the money. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. It's called crony capitalism.

I think about this every time I am stuck at a train track watching a big train full of crude go by. I wonder if old Warren will buy the next president too or if we will then use a pipeline like a normal country?

As long as you allow the oil trains to run through your property.... Let's see who ends up with an oil spill first, shall we?

i hope an oil train rolls right into mark princes bedroom & derails. since he thinks dead people due to oil train disasters is a lesser evil than oil spill on a pipeline.

A Canadian Pacific freight train carrying crude oil through Wisconsin derailed on Sunday, knocking 12 cars off the tracks and spilling oil.

Canadian Pacific train derails in Wisconsin, spills oil - The Globe and Mail

March 12, 2015 | Business Insider|WASHINGTON (AP) — Four trains hauling crude oil have derailed in the U.S. and Canada since mid-February, rupturing tank cars, spilling their contents, polluting waterways and igniting spectacular fires that burned for days.

Here's why so many oil trains have derailed this year : The DOT-111 READER

it's beyond silly to think that no pipeline means Canada will leave that oil in the ground. BO fucked Canadians and Americans on this.

Yeah, that's the one. All because the dude who parked the cars for the night didn't put the brake on right. They rolled down a hill and derailed right in town.
