WTF Kinkydollars? Check your stats

Guys, check your stats from November 10th. I noticed something like 15 rebills just posted on that day only (haven't had this kind of rebill amount since 2013...) so I emailed them to inquire if there's a glitch in the system and maybe I'm not being credited properly?

I got this response:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Last month NATS did an update that did not work with our system and thus caused for a delay in some of our payment processing such as rebills. NATS is in the process of fixing this for us and it looks like a script was ran that bunched all your missing rebills since the system went down and processed them all at once. So the 15 rebills is likely to have been for about the past month or so.

I log in today and there are only 2 rebills for that date, instead of the 15 I'm supposed to be credited. I sent an email to affiliate support and am hoping to hear back with an explanation - did I misunderstand something?

I know they're migrating their system or whatever the fuck but come on. Speaking of which, a heads up or a newsletter would have been nice - some sponsors spam your inbox with newsletters every damn week and the ones you actually should hear news from don't bother. Annoying.

Just to clarify the situation a bit, a timeout issue in the past was discovered that had resulted in a small number of rebills not posting. Repolling of these rebills occurred, but erroneously repolled some of the rebills multiple times causing the jump to 15 rebills that you saw in your stats. The data was then fixed properly resulting in you now seeing the correct 2 rebills.
