Business Tube style clips site - programmers, designers, webmasters

I'd like to change some of our sites, my partner has suggested opening our members area to a tube style pay per clip site as well as a membership site.

How is this best done?

A designer mentioned AWIZ or WP.

Neither my partner or I understand databases, backend stuff or design. He's a good producer, great ideas & a good camera man with a steady hand with good angles. I enjoy the work I do, having fun on camera.

What's the easiest & cheapest way to create a tour with all the content from the main private area to be seen & sold as single clips on the front tour, like a shop. We've ccbill as our only processor. does anyone know if every clip need a new sale item created or is there an easier system?
