Strange. One would think that clothed modeling would have MUCH bigger model pool, thus rates being much lower than nude.

What this man said. Otherwise, I would pitch at $500 a day and see what happens. How are you finding the models and where? Location and experience determine rates.

How much can you afford to pay them?

B/g: $400 for an ugly desperate girl. $600-$800 for average to hot. This assumes having her on site for 2 to 3 hours. More for anal, rimming, double anal fisting, Kentucky Klondike bar, Panamanian Petting Zoo or a Kennebunkport Surprise, etc.

Nude with no penetration(artistic) around $100-150/hr with a discount for a half or full day shoot. Same for lingerie.

Clothed: never shot it. Don't know how I'd make any money on it

But, if there was some hottie I just wanted to meet Id probably pay her around $200 for a 2 to 4 hour shoot.

This is my personal experience in Atlanta. Id imagine Miami is fairly similar. Hope that helped.
