Hi, I'm looking to buy sites making $200-$2000 per month.
My budget is 6x-8x depending on various factors. In some cases I can go outside that multiple if it ticks all the boxes. You can also send me your price and we can go from there.

I prefer anything related to cams, such as WL's but I'm open to other sites too as long as it meets the income criteria. Mainstream adsense sites are ok as well. Deals will be done via Escrow.com

I have one that makes an average of 900/month and in the past 18 months it has never gone under 720.
Who would not buy that for 6 times. I mean you just sit there and wait. Nothing needs to be done.
Hell I would buy it for 10 times

Hi Brian, I sent you a PM earlier. As I said in the OP, I'm willing to go outside that range. Revenue stability like you describe could warrant a 10x price from me.

@CustomBusinessSoftware, I'm familiar with such sites from back in the end, they are not it's not a business for the long run. If you try digital point you probably will have a lot more luck there.
