It was a standard Coldplay performance, if you don't like their type of music that's fine, but the performance has nothing to do with it.

Also there wasn't much rap/hip-hop, maybe Beyonce had a few reading lines, everything else was just simple pop.

ATL marketing is not my stuff plus i don't watch superbowl At All so i had no idea the halftime show was this much of an uncontrolled sellout, completely taken over by the sponsor content-wise. maybe it's just me but at least i'd struggle to put on a show that's somewhat related to the main event instead of completely turning it into a kids show

It is one of the largest TV audiences all year and the commercials are millions of dollars a minute. You would put anyone up there that kept the TV on. Think of how much they bank on that show....
