Do a search on files for the most recent date, or of the biggest size and see if you recognize what's there and why it's there.

CCleaner is your best friend, just make sure you go through settings thoroughly so it keeps your browser's history, cookies and such.

Delete sub-folder named "tranny pictures and videos". Should be in My Documents tab.
