I read it as he was getting fucked up on life so everytime he went to draw funds the account was empty.
Perhaps the PBBC have a corrupt member that is reversing those payments?

RB needs to get his shit sorted now with a fucking good accountant.

I know a really good accountant that will double your money via tax avoidance over 3 years. PM for details.
