You cannot recover them, I tried. I purchased an auto video submitter, and got busted after the 8 or 9,000th video. Oh well, made a couple $bucks more than I paid. I tried everything to get that account reinstated, but failed. I just created another Gmail account (three more actually), and now I don't have any problems.
